We want you to be completely happy with your purchase!

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price within 30 days of your transaction.  Simply return the product, unused and in the same condition that you received it. In original packaging, if applicable.

Exchanges will be offered after 30 days of the original purchase. We’re happy to provide you with a different product of the same price. We will also be pleased to replace any damaged or defective items for the same or similar item available at the time of your request.


If you received an item as a gift and it was shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. We do not issue refunds of items sent as gifts.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Family Time Training | PO Box 470 | Littleton, CO 80160.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We unfortunately cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
