Family Time Training
Mission Statement
The mission of Family Time Training is to reach future generations with the Good News of Jesus Christ by training families to teach children Christian principles and values in the home.
Vision Statement
Imagine a child who responds to the needs of others and is eager to give and share.
Imagine a child who has learned to say “no” to busyness. A child who will take time to slow down and who understands the necessity of Sabbath rest.
Imagine a child who has been trained to seek truth.
Imagine a child who lives accountable to an unseen, but always present God.
Imagine a child whose best friend is Jesus.
Imagine a child who is more eager to learn about the teachings of Jesus than watch television or play sports.
Imagine a child with an eternal perspective. A child who invests their time in giving and serving more than accumulating and being entertained.
Imagine hundreds and thousands, a whole generation, of children growing up to live and teach the example of Christ.
At Family Time Training, our vision is to see future generations living for Christ. In Deuteronomy 6:7 God presents His plan for making this vision reality. First, families are to be the primary spiritual teachers in the lives of children. Second, spiritual training is to take place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Family Time Training is just a tool, but it is a tool God is using to accomplish His vision.
